Getting better is a campaign, not a battle.

Somewhere along the line, we started treating life like a series of battles to win.

Win the promotion. Win the client. Win the race to buy the house, the car, the title that shows we’ve “made it.”

But battles end. Campaigns don’t.

Getting better… at work, at life, as a person… is not a one-time fight. It’s a campaign. The kind that stretches across years, with wins and losses, good days and days where you feel like you’ve forgotten everything you once knew.

Every lesson you’ve learned, every failure you’ve turned around, every late night you’ve spent figuring something out… that’s campaign knowledge. The kind that deserves to be passed on.
