What we’ll do to grow

Over the last 20 years, I’ve used different iterations of the 4 Pillars System to build and grow multiple companies to 7 figures & beyond. Here’s an overview of how it works:
1. Full Audit
We’ll spend the first 4 to 8 weeks doing a full audit of all aspects of both your life and your business. Calls during this period will be weekly so we can be thorough and efficient.
2. Identify Bottlenecks
Once the audit is complete, we’ll examine each element of the business using the 4 Pillars System to uncover where strategic improvements must be made to the bottom line.
3. Choose Our Levers
With the bottlenecks identified, we’ll know which levers we can pull to maximize breakthrough. This usually looks like improving current systems or bringing in the right people to help.
4. Create a Plan
At this stage, we’ll collaborate to make a detailed plan with milestones and KPIs for the next 12 months. We’ll also set 3 year goals so make sure long-term alignment is prioritized.
5. Bring It to Life
Now comes the fun part: we make it happen! Like any plan, there will be pivots and adjustments along the way as necessary. I’ll be there every step of the way to help figure out any changes you need.
6. Blow Past 7 Figures!
You’ve made it! Congratulations. At this point, your business will be running more smoothly than ever and likely be less work than before – all while generating more profit than you realistically thought possible.
